摘要
目的 建立大鼠胸部撞击伤肺损伤模型。方法 采用小型多功能生物撞击机 ,以 2 50kPa、350kPa、40 0kPa、50 0kPa驱动压力使撞击弹头对大鼠右侧胸部致伤 ,形成肺损伤。结果 肺损伤程度与驱动压力大小明显相关 ,其中 40 0kPa驱动压力可以造成重度肺损伤 ,并在对侧形成继发性肺部损伤 ,而 50 0kPa组早期死亡率高达 80 %。结论 用小型多功能生物撞击机以 40 0kPa驱动压力可以复制出较标准的大鼠重度肺损伤模型 ,且操作比较简便 ,模型可靠 ,重复性好 ,适合研究选用。
Objective To establish a novel animal model of impact lung injury in rats.?Methods The lung injury was made by multi function mini type bio impact machine developed by our department. The drive pressures were 250kPa, 350kPa,400kPa and 500kPa on the right lateral superior chest of the rats.?Results The severity of lung injury was positively related with the drive pressure. Severe and secondary lung injury could be obtained with drive pressure 400kPa.?Conclusion The animal model of severe lung injury can be obtained by multi function mini type bio impact machine. This model proves to be relatively simple, reliable and stable, which could provide for experimental study of severe impact lung injury.
