摘要
目的 建立声门紧闭状态下 ,肺撞击伤的实验动物模型。方法 以不同驱动压和压缩量撞击1 0 8只新西兰大白兔右侧胸部 ,造成闭合性胸部创伤。结果 不同撞击条件可引起兔不同程度的胸部创伤 ,肺撞击伤的严重程度与驱动压和撞击压缩量成正相关 ,声门紧闭状态下撞击致兔肺撞击伤的AIS分值显著高于声门开放状态下的AIS分值 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1 )。结论 所建立的兔声门紧闭下肺撞击伤动物模型操作简便 ,致伤撞击参数可控 ,且具有重复性 ,可引起不同程度的肺撞击伤 ,病变典型 。
Objective To establish an experimental animal model of impact lung injury in rabbit under the closure of glottis.?Methods One hundred and eight rabbits were impacted in the right chest with various drive pressures and compress percentage resulting in closed thoracic trauma.?Results Different impact conditions caused different degrees of thoracic trauma.?The severity of lung injury was positively related with the combination of drive pressure and compress percentage.?AIS values of the closure group were significantly higher than that of the open group (P<0.05~0.01).?Conclusion The established model is relatively simple,easily controllable and highly repeatable,which could be used as a feasible model for the study of thoracic trauma.
