摘要
在硼酸—氯化钾—碳酸钠介质中 ,痕量镉能灵敏地催化过硫酸铵氧化邻苯三酚红 (PR)褪色的新指示反应 ,通过研究该反应的最佳动力学条件及反应机理 ,建立了一种测定痕量镉的新方法。本方法检出限为 6.9× 10 - 6 mg/mL ,测定范围为 0 .0 - 10 .0 μg/ 2 5mL ,应用于污水中镉的测定 。
It has been studied that in H 3BO 3-KCl-Na 2CO 3 trace Cd(Ⅱ) can sensitively catalyze the new indicative reaction of (NH 4) 2S 2O 8 oxidizing discoloration of the pyrogallol red.The kinetic optimum conditioins and mechanism of the reaction were investigated in detail and a new method for the determination of trace cadmium was proposed.The detection limit is 6.9×10 -6 mg/mL and the linear range of determination is 0.0-10.0 μg/25 mL.It has been satisfactorily applied to the determination of trace Cd(Ⅱ) in the waste water.
