摘要
采用磷酸氢二铵作基体改进剂塞曼扣背景石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定土壤样品中镉,方法检出限DL=0.012μg/g,精密度RSD在3.55%~7.33%,满足了土壤样品中镉测定的镉质量要求.
The contents of Cd in soil in Zeeman effect, (NH4)2HPO4 is as matrix modifier, are determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The method detection limit is 0. 012μg/g, precision (RSD, n=12) is 3. 55%~7. 33%. It can satisfy quality request for determining cadmium in soil samples.
