摘要
植酸钙镁用途极其广泛 ,并具有非常重要的生理功能 ,作者根据研究工作实际经验 ,摸索出了一套有效的检测方法。本文着重介绍植酸钙镁的总磷、钙、镁、重金属含量 ;灼烧残渣 ;干燥失重的测定方法。
Phytin is a kind of material with wide use and it has important bioactivities.The authors developed a set of qualitative method based on several years of research.This article is focused on the analyzing method of the total phosphorus content,calcium,magnesium,heavy metal,residue on ignition and water content of phytin.
