摘要
本文论述了素质教育的内涵以及根据素质教育的要求 ,“两课”教学在内容上和方法上应采取的改革措施。
The thesis is to discuss the connotation of quality education .According to the requirement of quality education,it raises the measures to reform the the teaching ways and content and refom in'two courses'.
