The antioncogene is the hotspot of the tumor research recently. P 53 is one of the early discovered and well-studied antioncogene. Many studies demonstrated that it was closed related with oncogenesis, development and prognosis of tumor. In addition, P 53 might have extremely potential in gene therapy.
