摘要
用固体超强酸Ne2O3-SO42-为催化剂、已二酸和辛醇为原料合成已二酸二辛酯的过程中,催化剂的活化温度、催化剂的用量、醇酸比、反应时问对收率都有较大的影响。研究表明,已二酸的用量在0.1mol的情况下,用固体超强酸Fe2O3-SO42-为催化剂,催化剂的活化温度500℃,催化剂用量1.5g,醇酸比3:1,反应时间2.5h,是最适宜的反应条件,酯收率达85%。
The synthesis of dioctyl adipate with adipic acid and octanol as reactants and solid super acid Fe2O3-SO42 as catalysts has been studied. The influent conditions of reactants on the yield of tests , such as the activation temperture of catalyst, the amount of catalyst used, the molar ratio of octanol to adipic acid and the reaction time, are investigated. The result shows that the appropriate conditions should be:activation temperture of catalyst: 500℃; weight of catalyst :1.5g( if the weight of adipic acid is 0.1 molar); molar ratio of octanol to adipic acid:3:1; reaction time:2.5h.The yield of ethyl sallcylate is about 85%.
