摘要
以粉煤灰和氧氯化锆为主要原料制备了复合氧化物固体酸催化剂,研究表明,在氧氯化锆与粉煤灰的质量比为1∶2、硫酸浸泡浓度为0.5mol/L、焙烧温度为550℃条件下制得的催化剂,应用在己二酸二辛酯的合成中,酯化率高达98%以上。该催化剂具有原料来源丰富、制备成本低、催化活性高、使用寿命长等特点,是一种值得开发应用的环境友好催化剂。
A complex solid acid catalyst was prepared with fly ash and ZrOCl_2,and used to catalyze the synthesis of dioctyl adipate. The study showed that the esterification rate is above 98% under this conditions:the mass ratio of ZrOCl_2 to fly ash is 1:2; the concentration of impregnation solution H_2SO_4 is 0. 5mol/l; the calcination temperature is 550℃. The catalyst possesses many advantages such as plenty raw material,very low costing of preparation, high catalystic acitivity and long survive life. It is friendly with environment and worthy to be developed.
