摘要
以固体超强酸Fe2O3-SO42-为催化剂合成乙酸异戊酯,催化效率高,后处理方便、经济,反应工艺简单,不腐蚀设备。实验结果表明,以固体超强酸Fe2O3-SO42-为催化剂,合成乙酸异戊酯的最佳条件为:乙酸的用量0.2mol,催化剂的用量1.25g,反应物摩尔比1:1.2,反应时间3h。
The synthesis of Isoamyl acetate with ethanoic acid and isoamylol as reactants and solid super acid Fe 2O 3-SO 4~ 2- as catalysts has such advantages as high catalizing efficiency,covenient and economical post-treatment,simple reaction technology,and non-corrosion to the equipment.The result shows that the appropriate conditions should be:weight of catalyst:1.25g(weight of if ethanoic acid 0.1 molar);molar ratio of ethanoic acid to isoamylol:1:2;reaction time:3h.
