摘要
目的 进一步探讨锌对异丙基肾上腺素 (Iso)所致大鼠心肌损伤的保护机制。方法 取 5 0只雄性Wistar大鼠 ,随机分为 5组 :Iso 2 4h组、Iso 48h组、Zn 2 4h组、Zn 48h组和对照组。分别于 Iso注射后 2 4h及48h处死。测定心肌细胞线粒体内膜的荧光偏振度及血清丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果 显示注射 Iso后 ,Iso组血清 MDA含量与对照组相比显著增高 ,同时心肌细跑线粒体内膜流动性显著下降 ;而加锌组线粒体内膜流动性与Iso组相比则明显增高 ,并伴随有 MDA含量逐渐正常化。
Objective To research the protective mechanism of Zn on the isoproterenol induced myocardial injury.Methods Fifty male Wistar rats were randomized into five groups:Iso 24 h group,Iso 48 h group,Zn 24 h group,Zn 48 h group and control group.The rats were killed at 24 h and 48 h after Iso injection.The fluorescence polarization of myocardial mitochondrial membrane and the content of serum MDA were detected.Results The result showed that the content of MDA was increased and at the same time the membrane fluidity of myocardial mitochondri was decreased in Iso group after Iso injection,While in Zn group the membrane fluidity became incereased with the content of MDA becoming normal.Conclusions The protective effects of Zn on the myocardial injury were achieved by the antioxidnt properties of Zn,increasing membrane stability of mitochondria and protecting the function of mitochondria.
