摘要
随着高校内部管理模式改革的深入和信息技术的发展 ,客观上对办公室人员素质提出了更高的要求。本文分析了院系办公室人员应具备的基本素质和办公室人员的素质现状 。
With the further reform of internal management patterns at institutions of higher learning and the development of informational technology, higher demands on the quality of office workers have to be met. After the analyses of the basic quality that the office workers at college are supposed to have and the status quo of the quality of office workers, the article explores how to improve the quality of office workers.
