摘要
高等职业教育是和传统普通高等教育有着不同质的另一种类型的高等教育,自身的特点要求系办公室主任具备专业知识和管理技能,提高组织管理能力、增强服务意识、努力提高自身素质,为教学质量提高做好保障服务工作。
