分析新时期高校办公室主任应扮演助手、参谋、协调、监督和指导等五种角色,以及怎样发挥这五种角色。
The article analyzes that under new age the heads of offices in higher schools should play five roles as assistant, consultant, coordinator, supervisor and director, also it shows how to bring these roles into full play.
