摘要
文章分析了新时期高校办公室所负的职责 ,提出了新时期高校办公室领导必须具有较高的素质 ,主要有政治的可靠、思想的敏锐。
The article analyses the duties of the office of colleges and universities,and suggests that,in the new age,the office leaders be imbued with such higher qualities as being politically trustworthy and quick in reasoning,painstaking in learnig an all-round ability and a rigorous style of work
