摘要
对硅酸盐细菌NBT菌株在以钾长石粉为唯一钾源的培养基中产生的有机酸、氨基酸的种类和含量以及NBT菌株在有氮培养基中产生的植物激素的种类和含量进行了研究。结果表明 ,NBT菌株能合成草酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸和苹果酸等四种有机酸 ,其含量范围分别为 5 1 6~ 2 1 7 30mgL- 1 ,3 44~ 2 91 94mgL- 1 ,4 0 8~ 1 1 3 31mgL- 1 和 3 1 5~ 1 0 8 89mgL- 1 ;同时 ,NBT菌株能合成多种氨基酸。NBT菌株在有氮培养基中能产生并分泌生长素、赤霉素A3(GA3)、玉米素核苷和异戊烯基腺嘌呤四种激素 ;其浓度分别为 0 5 4~ 3 77nmolml- 1 、0 1 9~ 2 97nmolml- 1 、0 91~ 2 62nmolml- 1 和 5 49~ 31 1 5nmolml- 1 。摇瓶试验表明 ,NBT菌株不仅能分解土壤矿物并释放出其中的钾 ,而且具有很强的吸钾功能。NBT菌株细胞吸持的钾占其解钾量的 88 86%~ 95 0 5 %。
The variety and contents of organic and amino acids produced by strain NBT under culture of feldspar were deterimented. The results showed that strain NBT was able to produce Oxalic, tartaric, citric and malic acides, whose concentrations ranged between 5 16~217 30mg L -1 , 3 44~ 291 94mg L -1 , 4.08~113.31mg L -1 and 3.15~108.89mg L -1 respectively. Several kinds of amino acids were also produced. In media with nitrogen, the strain NBT could produce IAA, GA 3, ZR and IPA. Their concentrations ranged between 0.54~3.77nmol ml -1 ?0.19~2.97nmol ml -1 ? 0.91~ 2.62nmol ml -1 和5.49~31.15nmol ml -1 respectively. The flask shake experiment showed that the strain NBT was capable of not only releasing potassium from soil minerals but also absorbing most of the potassium released. The K adsorbed by the cells accounted for 88.86%~95.05% of the Kreleased by the strain NBT.
