摘要 采用粉末热压烧结一次成型工艺压制出石墨 /BN复合材料基体 ,对基体材料进行浸渍、固化和炭化处理 ,制备出石墨 /BN复合密封材料 ,并对该材料进行性能考察。结果表明 ,石墨 /BN复合材料是一种高温抗氧化、自润滑性能优异的机械密封材料。 Carbon/BN composites were firstly formed by hot pressing, then were treated with impregnation,solidification and carbonization processes in turn. Properties of the sealing composite were investigated. Test results show that the carbon/BN composites are kinds of mechanical sealing materials with anti oxidation function at high temperature and excellent self lubricity
