摘要
探讨了国内外机械密封技术的现状及应用情况 ,实验证明应针对不同流体介质选用不同配对材料的要求 ,在有硬颗粒的流体环境下 ,摩擦副宜采用硬———硬配对材料或采用钛合金。最后实际应用于某国产舰的轴封改造和国外某新型舰水泵材料的论证 ,取得了较好的效果。
In this paper,the new developing of the mechanical seal technology are briefly introduced and analysed home and abroad.It is pointed out that hard-hard pair material or Ti alloy can be used in the enviroment of fluid with hard particulate and the different fluid should be demanded for different pair material or Ti alloy.Last,it proves successful to use axle's sealing produced in our country and the pump material imported in the new model ship.
