摘要
为简化渐开线齿轮 (或键 )实物的测绘过程 ,本文提出了一种新颖实用的反求方法 ,利用未知参数的圆柱渐开线齿轮 (或花键 )某一齿的轴截面上任测的若干个点 ,先快速反算出基圆半径 ,然后根据基圆半径推算出实际的模数和压力角 ,进而求出基本参数和测量参数。基于这种方法 ,编制了一套反求圆柱渐开线齿轮 (或花键 )参数的软件系统。通过使用 。
In order to simply calculate parameters of involute gear, a new method is presented in this paper. The main idea is: Firstly, the exact radius of base-circle can be requested through data of a series of points on the gear flank measured by the 3-D measuring machine, from which the modulus and the pressure angle can be obtained. Then, the real radius and thickness of the base circle are calculated. Finally, modification coefficient is obtained from the difference between the real base circle thickness and theoretical value. Based on this idea, we developed a corresponding software. Applications show that our method and the involved key algorithm are correct and reliable.
