摘要
员工情商是知识技能之外、包含于员工素质之中并反映企业实力的重要因素。文章讨论了员工情商的内涵、特点以及对企业实力的影响 ,针对我国企业普遍存在的情商问题 ,提出了通过改善员工情商来提高企业实力的新思路。
Employee's EQ is an important factor in competitive strength of enterprises.The paper studies the concepts,the features and the functions of employee's EQ. Based on an analysis of the conditions of employee's EQ of enterprises in China,this article explores the ways to improve competitive capacity by raising the level of employee's EQ.
