摘要
我国目前高素质的人力资源还很缺乏 ,然而在现实社会中却屡屡出现人才高消费的现象。分析了人才高消费现象产生的原因及其对我国人力资源开发的负效应 ,提出了对策建议。
Although China is facing a shortage of highly qualified a nd skillful p ersonnel, excessive consumption of professionals is not infrequent in the societ y.This paper studies the reasons of the excessive consumptions of personals and its negative effects on the development of human resources.
