摘要
人才高消费现象在我国已经存在了很多年 ,本文指出了它对我国的不良影响 ,并利用理论模型进行了分析 ,最后的结论是全国统一的、缺乏弹性的工资标准是产生这一现象的根源。
The Lavish use of educated personnel has been a common phenomenon in China for many years. This article points out many negative effects arising from it. With a theoretical model, the writer makes a deep analysis on such phenomenion. With the finding that the nation unified wage standard which lacks the elasticity is the fundamental cause which leads to the phenomenton.
