介绍注塑成型模拟技术的数学模型和采用的数值方法 提出在模具设计中采用模拟技术进行方案评价的方法 举例说明采用计算机辅助流动模拟技术对模具设计和相关注塑工艺改进的指导作用 .
The plastics injection molding process simulation method and related mathematical model and numerical method has been dealt with. Based on this method, the evaluation and optimization method of injection molding design has been introduced. A case study of computer aided simulation method has been discussed, for the purpose of improving the quality of molding design and injection process.
