摘要
介绍塑料注射成型工艺中影响制品质量的主要工艺参数和成型质量的评价方法,以及注射工艺CAE的特点与最新发展,并举例说明采用流动模拟技术对于模具结构设计和工艺参数优化配置的指导作用。
Based on computer aided simulation method, this paper introduces the main injection molding parameters both on structure and process, which determine the quality of the injection products as well as some defects formed by the injection process and their prediction method. This paper also analyzes an injection molding practical case, and points out the method to solve the problem by mean of structural improvement and process parameter reconfiguration according to the simulation results.
