高压气瓶树脂内衬封头注塑成型分析与优化 被引量:1

Injection Molding Analysis and Optimization of Resin Liner Head for High Pressure Cylinder

摘要 为研究注塑过程中不同工艺参数对高压气瓶内衬封头填充结果的影响,利用Moldflow对高压气瓶内衬封头的注塑过程进行模拟。针对模拟过程中产生的欠注现象,设计L_(16)(4^(4))正交试验对工艺参数(熔体温度、注射压力、保压压力、保压时间)进行优化。结果表明:对欠注问题影响最大的工艺参数为注射压力,最佳工艺参数组合为熔体温度260℃,注射压力35 MPa,保压压力50 MPa,保压时间10 s。在最佳工艺组合下进行模拟及注塑实验,注塑件的充填量比初始条件下的充填量(99.580%)增加了0.42%,且注塑件无欠注现象。实际试模验证中注塑件充填良好,满足实际生产需要。 In order to study the influence of different process parameters on the filling results of high pressure cylinder liner head during injection molding,the injection process of high pressure cylinder liner head was simulated by Moldflow.Aiming at the under-injection phenomenon in the simulation process,L(4~4)orthogonal test was designed to optimize the process parameters(melt temperature,injection pressure,holding pressure,holding time).The results show that the injection pressure has the greatest influence on the under-injection problem,and the optimal combination of process parameters is melt temperature 260 ℃,injection pressure 35 MPa,holding pressure 50 MPa and holding time 10 s.The simulation and injection molding experiments were carried out under the optimal process combination.The filling amount of the injection molded part is increased by 0.42% compared with the filling amount(99.580%) under the initial conditions,and the injection molded part has no under-injection phenomenon.In the actual test verification,the injection molded parts are well filled to meet the actual production needs.
