摘要
翻译是一种跨文化的交际活动，它不仅是两种语言的转换。而且是涉及到两种文化的转换。正确处理翻译过程中的文化转换，必须要注意两种语言中蕴涵的文化对应、文化包孕、文化冲突、文化空缺和文化融合等五个方面，这样才能更好地避免单纯语言文字翻译所造成的不当或错误。
Translation is a cross - cultural communication. It concerns the transfer between cultures, rather than the transfer between lan- guages. In this paper, the author has made a brief study of the cultural transformation in the process of translation on the basis of cultrual correspondence, cultural inclusion, cultural conflict, cultural vacancy, and cultural fusion.
