介绍了复制轻质金属反射镜的主要优缺点、应用前景、制备技术、光学质量 ,指标的表述 。
A method of thin film replication has been used to prepare metal reflector. The charactor, applied prospect, manufacture technique, description of optical performance parameter and measure of quality assure of replicated lightweight metal reflector have been introduced in this paper. The factors which affect the performance of copied lightweight reflector have also been analyzed.
