摘要
目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶 9(MMP 9)基因表达与糖尿病肾病微量蛋白尿产生的相关性。②方法 观察 2型糖尿病病人 (包括有和无微量蛋白尿者 )外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)中MMP 9的mRNA表达情况 ,并进行半定量分析。③结果 有微量蛋白尿的糖尿病病人PBMC中MMP 9的mRNA表达较无微量蛋白尿者及正常对照组明显增高 ,差异均有极显著意义 (F =10 8.2 5 ,q =6 .36 ,2 0 .11,P <0 .0 1)。④结论 PBMC中MMP 9mRNA的异常表达可能与 2型糖尿病微量蛋白尿产生有关。
Objective\ To investigate the correlation of gene expression of metalloproteinase 9 (MMP 9) and the development of microalbuminuria in diabetic nephropathy. \ Methods\ MMP 9 mRNA was detected by reverse transcription PCR(RT PCR) in peripheral blood monocytes from patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with and without microalbuminuria.\ Results Monocytes from patients with microalbuminuria expressed a higher level of MMP 9 mRNA than those in patients without microalbuminuria and the normal control. Significant differences were seen among the groups( F=108.25, q=6.36, 20.11, P < 0.01 ).\ Conclusion\ Our results strongly suggested that the abnormal expression of MMP 9 mRNA in PBMC correlated with the development of microalbuminuria in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
