摘要
目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metalloproteinases-2,MMP-2)和金属蛋白酶抑制剂-2(tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2,TIMP-2)在阿霉素肾病大鼠肾小管中的作用。方法:采用大鼠尾静脉单剂量注射阿霉素7.5mg/kg建立阿霉素肾病模型,免疫组织化学检测正常对照组、肾病模型组肾组织MMP-2及TIMP-2的表达变化。结果:肾病模型组大鼠肾小管上皮细胞MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达明显下降,与正常对照组相比差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:MMP-2和TIMP-2在阿霉素肾病的发病过程中可能起重要的作用。
Objective To explore the roles of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in the pathogenesis of adriamycin-induced nephropathy in rats. Methods The rat model of nephropathy was established by an injection of adriamycin at a dose of 7.5 mg/kg via the tail vein. The expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in the renal epithelial cells in the normal control tubules and the diseased tubules were examined by immunohistochemistry. Results The expressions of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in the diseased tubules were significantly declined than those in the normal tubules (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion MMP-2 and TIMP-2 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of adriamycin-induced nephropathy.
