摘要
创新能力的匮乏将意味着一个民族缺乏最根本的竞争力 ;落后保守、不合时宜的文化观念与习俗束缚了中华民族的创造力。近代以来中华民族创造力衰微的原因 ,除文化因素制约外 。
The serious shortage of creativeness means that a nation lacks in essential competitive power, and the backward conservatism and out-of-date cultural ideology and custom restrict the creativeness of the Chinese. In the modern times, one of the two major reasons for the lack of creativeness of the Chinese lies in the backwardness of education besides the cultural reason.
