摘要
高校大学生创业园在不断探索实践中,取得了可喜成绩,也出现了一些亟待解决的问题。目前,政府出台的创业政策设计缺乏目标群体针对性;创业扶持政策的配套体系有待完善与加强;大学毕业生创业的服务、保障工作有待完善;针对创业园中所提供的创业融资机制不健全。为此,政府各级部门和高校应明确目标对象,加大政策扶持力度;进一步完善大学生创业政策体系;完善与创业相协调的社会保障制度;建立健全大学生创业融资机制。
In constant exploratory practice,the college students’pioneer parks at universities have made some achieve-ments,and at the same time they are facing with some problems to be solved urgently as well.At present,the governmental entrepreneurship policies lack pertinence of target groups,and the relevant supportive policies are yet to be perfected and strengthened.In addition,the service for college students’entrepreneurship and guarantee should be improved.Further,the financing mechanism for college students to start their businesses is far from satisfaction.Accordingly,the various governmen-tal departments and universities should have specific aims and obj ects,strengthen their support in policies,perfect such policies and the harmonious social security systems,and establish and improve the financing system.
