摘要
对"大学生创造性思维培养"问题的相关文献进行分析与综合,认为当前国内许多高校在培养大学生创造性思维的问题上存在四大误区:认为中国传统文化束缚了大学生的创造性思维;用没有创新意识的老师来培养创造性的学生;用别人的经验来培养自己的学生;追求创造性思维培养效果的立竿见影。针对这些误区,结合相关案例研究,尝试性地提出了4条建议,为大学生创造性思维的培养寻找出路,即依据文化环境培养创新人才,更新传统教育观念和学习观念,培养具有创新意识和创新思维的教师,根据校本特色制定切实可行的培养方案。
The authors set an analysis on the correlated literatures towards the issue "cultivation on college student's creative-thinking" in the present academia,and with the help of Literature Review,the authors hold an opinion that such misunderstandings occur when it comes to the question how to cultivate college student's creative-thinking: considering Chinese traditional culture as a fetter towards creative-thinking,noncreative teachers to cultivate students,simulating others with considering the context,being anxious for success.At the end of the article,the authors tentatively put forwards four points to solve these problems coupled with case study.
