摘要
介绍了几年来中国石化抚顺石油化工研究院在渣油固定床加氢处理成套技术的研究开发方面所取得的成果。迄今为止 ,在催化剂研究方面 ,该院已成功开发了四大类、2 8个牌号的减压渣油加氢处理催化剂和三大类、5个牌号的常压渣油加氢处理系列催化剂及 2个牌号的上流式渣油加氢保护剂。在工艺研究方面 ,开发了常压渣油和减压渣油加氢处理 (S RHT)工艺 ,依托该工艺技术 ,在茂名石油化工公司建成 1套 2 .0Mt/a减压渣油加氢处理 (S RHT)装置 ,该装置 1999年 12月底建成投产。工业应用结果表明 ,S RHT催化剂活性高 ,产品质量满足设计要求 ,工艺技术先进 。
Achievements of Fushun Research Instiute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals,SINOPEC,in residue fixed bed hydrotreating technologies were introduced.Up to now,four kinds,28 catalysts for vacuum residue hydrotreating,3 series,5 catalysts for atmospheric residue hydrotreating as well as 2 guard catalysts for the up flow residue hydrotreating unit,were developed.The atmospheric residue hydrotreating and vacuum residue hydrotreating processes(S RHT) were developed and applied in a 2000000t/yr vacuum residue hydrotreating unit of Maoming Petrochemical Company.This unit was constructed and put into into operation in December,1999.The commercial application results showed that the S RHT catalysts have high activity and the product quality meet design requirements.
