摘要
针对固定床加氢对原料的要求较高(总金属含量小于120μg/g),结合现有加工工艺,推算出克拉玛依稠油开展渣油加氢时总金属含量低于40μg/g;实验室考察了一级脱钙二级水洗、两级脱钙三级水洗工艺、搅拌强度和反应温度对固定床加氢原料预处理的效果以及净化油性质的影响。中试试验验证了现有脱金属工艺可以使克拉玛依稠油成为固定床加氢的原料,拓宽了固定床渣油加氢原料的来源。
In order to meet the requirement of fixed bed hydrogenation for feedstock(total metal ion content less than 120 μg/g,in view of current process,it was calculated that total metal ion content in Kalamay heavy crude oil should be less than 40 μg/g when it used for fixed bed hydrogenation.The effect of the first-stage decalcification & second-stage water washing,two-stage decalcification & third-stage water washing,stirring intensity and reaction temperature on fixed bed hydrogenation feedstock pretreatment and purified heavy crude oil property were tested in lab.The result verified that Kalamay demetallization process can make Kalamay heavy crude oil to be the feedstock of fixed hydrogenation and hus widen the source of fixed bed hydrogenation feedstock.
