摘要
介绍了抚顺石油化工研究院 (FRIPP)开发的常压渣油加氢保护剂和脱金属催化剂及其在大连西太平洋石油化工有限公司 (WEPEC)常压渣油加氢处理装置上的工业应用 ,结合对工业废催化剂的剖析 ,说明了FRIPP研制开发的FZC系列常压渣油加氢保护剂和脱金属催化剂活性、稳定性好 ,容杂质能力高 ,完全满足了装置长周期运转的需求。
Atmospheric residue hydrogenation guard catalyst and demetallization catalyst developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals and their commercial applications in ARDS unit of WEPEC are introduced. The waste catalyst has been analyzed and the result shows that FZC series of atmospheric residue hydrogenation guard catalysts and demetallization catalysts are characterized by good activity and stability, together with the higher tolerance ability of impurities, and have met the requirement for long period running of commercial unit.
