摘要
以典型的中东含硫渣油为原料,依据其在不同催化剂级配体系385℃时的试验数据,建立了该反应体系在385℃时加氢反应寿命与级配关系的模型。并依据该模型以催化剂级配比率为决策变量,以相关工艺条件及物料衡算原则为约束条件对催化剂使用寿命进行基于模拟退火算法的优化分析。依据相关的运算结果,估算最佳催化剂级配比率及催化剂寿命,并将其结果与相关实验运转结果进行比较。
A model for the relationship between percentage distribution of a residue hydrogenation catalyst and its life span was established using typical middle east high-sulfur residue as the feed, based upon the experimental results for different distribution of the catalyst at 385 ℃. A optimal analysis of the life span of the catalyst using simulated annealing algorithm was made on basis of the model, using percentage distribution of the residue hydrogenation catalyst as the decisive variables and process condition and mass balance as the constraint condition. The optimal percentage distribution and life-span of the residue hydrogenation catalyst was calculated and compared with the laboratory run results.
