摘要
采用超纯净化冶炼工艺将18Ni(350)型马氏体时效钢中的主要有害元素降低到10-5的极限低水平,并适当调整了主要强化合金元素含量,达到了有效提高马氏体时效钢强韧性的目的.实验结果表明,超纯净化马氏体时效钢的断裂韧性在同一强度级别下较现有普通马氏体时效钢提高 10%-30%,最高达到 61MPa·m1/2.显微组织结构分析表明,在超纯净化条件下,TiN是钢中的主要夹杂物,其体积和数量都大幅度降低 同时钢中Ti等合金元素的利用率也显著提高,有助于提高马氏体时效钢的强韧化水平.
The main damaging elements in 18Ni(350) maraging steel werer removed to exceeding low level (10(-5)) by ultra-purifying refining process and the influences of ultra-purifying and a little change of some main elements on the strength and fracture toughness of marging steel were examined. It was found that the toughness can be improved up to 61 MPa .m(1/2), 10%-30% times higher than that of normal maraging steel with the same strength grade, on the other hand the strength can also be kept at normal grade even though titanium was cut down. It was also found that the category and volume of inclusions are greatly reduced in the ultra-purifying steel, and most inclusions may contain titanium and nitrogen. The improvement of thoughness and the maintenance of strength owe to decreasing the inclusions and increasing the availability of main alloy elements.
