摘要
试验了固溶冷却速率对C250钢奥氏体含量影响。试验结果表明,C250钢没有热稳定化现象,固溶后甚至缓慢冷却,也不会产生残留奥氏体。但固溶后缓慢冷却,再经时效强化处理,C250钢中将产生逆转变奥氏体,固溶冷却越缓慢,时效后的逆转变奥氏体量越多。C250钢固溶后空冷+485℃时效处理状态的没有奥氏体。
Influence of solution cooling rate on austenite content of C250 steel was investigated.The results show that there is no retained austenite in C250 steel solution treated even with very slowly cooling rate,and no austenite thermal stabilization phenomenon exists in C250 steel.But there is some reverted austenite in C250 steel aged when the solution cooling rate is very slow.The slower the solution cooling rate,the higher the content of reverted austenite in C250 steel aged.There is no reverted austenite in C250 steel solution treated with air cooling and aged at 485 ℃.
