摘要 在不同的固溶温度、时效温度和时效时间的条件下,对真空感应+真空自耗重熔冶炼的T250钢进行热处理,研究不同热处理制度对其性能的影响。结果显示:在750-975℃不同的固溶温度下,固溶温度的变化对T250钢性能的影响很小;在450-570℃不同的时效温度下,T250钢的抗拉强度、屈服强度、冲击韧性和断裂韧性受到时效温度的显著影响,时效温度的变化对T250钢其他性能指标影响不大;时效时间大于5 h后,延长时效时间对T250马氏体时效钢性能的影响很小,T250钢在时效时间5 h时具有最佳的力学性能。 At different solution and aging temperatures, and in different aging time, T250 steel smelt with technologies of VIM + VAR was heat-treated. Effects of different heat treatment systems on the steel' s properties were studied. The results show that changes in solution temperature slightly influence properties of T250 steel at different solution temperatures ranging from 750 to 975℃, The aging temperature obviously influences T250 steel' s tensile strength, yield strength, impact toughness and rupture toughness at different aging temperatures ranging from 450 to 570℃, However changes in aging temperature do not influence T250 steel' s other properties greatly, When the aging time is longer than 5 hours, changes in aging time influence T250 maraging steel' s properties very little. T250 steel has the optimum mechanical properties when the aging time is 5 hours.
