摘要
以自制的新型氯代双酮单体 ,与新型联苯型二氮杂萘酮类双酚单体经亲核取代反应 ,合成了一系列新型聚芳醚酮酮聚合物 ,对其聚合条件作了初步探讨 ;并利用核磁共振、红外光谱分析研究了双酮单体及聚合物的结构 ,利用 DSC对聚合物的耐热性进行了分析。实验结果表明 ,该类双酮单体具有足够的活性与类双酚进行聚合反应 。
A series of novel poly (ether ketone ketone) s containing biphenylphthalazinone moiety(PEKK) were prepared by the nucelophilic displacement reaction of 4 (4 hydroxylbipheny) 2, 3 phthalazine 1 tone with 1,4 bis(4 chlorobenzoyl)benzene, 1,4 bis(3,4 chlorobenzoyl)benzene, 1,4 bis(4 chlorobenzoyl)biphenyl, 1,4 bis(4 chlorobenzoyl)terphenyl. These polymers were studied by FT-IR, DSC, TGA, etc. It has been proved these PPEKKs are amorphous plastics with high glass temperatures. These polymers are soluble in some solvents.
