摘要
从高校推行竞争上岗选拔任用干部的意义入手 ,提出开展这项工作的思路和设想以及做好这项工作的相应对策 。
In this favourable research, the ideas to carry out cadres' promotion and recru itment by competition at colleges and universities are put forward based on its significance, and the counermeasures to accomplish it are proposed.
