摘要
文章在总结分析当前高校推行干部竞争上岗工作的主要做法及其利弊的基础上,对如何进一步完善高校竞争上岗工作提出了几点建议。
This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the procedures and matters of officials＇ competition for positions in higher institutions, based on the summary and analysis of main practices and the advantages and disadvantages of implementing the work of officials＇ competition for positions in higher institutions.
