摘要
CS战略作为现代企业赢得顾客的一种重要手段 ,将顾客满意视为企业的最高目标 ,要求全体员工共同努力 ,最大限度地追求顾客满意。推进CS战略 ,需要有效的管理系统作保证 ,本文据此设计了一套CS管理运作体系 ,包括四大系统。
AS the important method to attract customers,CS strategy considers the customer satisfaction to be the highest objective of an enterprise and demands its all staff to exert all one's strength to realize it, To push CS strategy forth needs the guarrantee of manage system.So ,this paper puts forth a set of CS manage operation, including four subsystems.
