摘要
研究了我国水稻矮化育种所用主要矮源及其衍生的半矮秆品种,以及与其有关的高秆品种植株内源ABA含量和乙烯释放率。结果表明,矮源及其衍生的半矮秆品种,其植株内源ABA含量和乙烯释放率都明显高于相应的高秆品种。可见,矮秆特性除受内源GA和IAA的调节外,还受内源ABA和乙烯的影响。
The contents of endogenous abscisic acid (ABA) and rates of endogenous ethylene evolution in 9 major semidwarf ancestors and their semidwarf descendant cultivars commonly used by Chinese breeders were assayed. The results showed that they were much higher than in the related tall ones. The ABA contents of the indica semidwarfs Aizizhan,Nanjing 11 ,Aijiaonante,Guiyangail and Guizhao 2 were 279. 1%,205. 9%, 238. 2%, 352. 9%,and 405. 9% of those in the related tall ones Nanjing 6 or Nantehao,respectively,and the ethylene evolution rates were 183. 4%,588.4%,222. 5%, 121. 3% and 121. 7% of those. The ABA contents of the japonica semidwarfs Nongken 57,Nanjing 15,Aigui and Wulinai equalled 640. 5%, 600. 0%, 373. 0% and 408. 1% of that in the related tall one Huangkezaonianri,respectivaly,and the ethylene evolution rates were 164. 3%, 170. 2%, 228. 6% and 408. 3% of that (Table 1 ). Therefore,rice dwarfism was not only regulated through GA-like substances and indole acetic acid as indicated before,but also through ABA and ethylene. Hence it is supposed that semidwarfism is regulated by the interaction of multiple endogenous hormones.
