摘要
评述了光敏核不育水稻育性转换期间的内源生长素、赤霉素、脱落酸、乙烯和多胺等生长物质的异常变化以及这些变化与雄性不育发生的可能关系,讨论了相关研究领域存在的问题,给出了进一步研究的建议.
The present paper reviews the literature concerning the relationship between abnormal changes of plant growth substances including auxin, gibberellin, abscisic acid, ethylene and polyamines and the occurrence of male sterility in Photosensitive Genic Male-Sterile rice. The problems in relevant research area were discussed and research proposals for future study on the mechanism underlying the occurrence of male sterility in PGMS rice were put forward in this paper.
