摘要
用5mg/LPP(333)浸种可使麦苗呈现矮壮的株型并延缓叶片衰老.笔者用酶联免疫法测定苗期各叶内GAs、IAA、ABA、iPAs。ZRs与DHZRs含量的动态变化,结果如下:(1)与对照相比,PP(333)使麦叶GAs和IAA含量持续较低,而CTKs含量则持续较高;伸长期的麦叶ABA含量显著较高,衰老期则大幅度降低。(2)PP(333)一方面使伸长期各叶的GAs/ABA或(GAs+IAA)/ABA比值显著降低,从而使之矮化;另一方面又使各叶衰老前的CTKs/ABA比值明显上升,表现为叶片功能期的延长。
It has been shown that dwarfing and delaying senescence of wheat seedlings can be elicited by immersing the seeds in a solution containing PP333 at a concentration of 5 mg/L for 16 h (20℃).The dynamic contents of GA(1+3+4+7), IAA,ABA,CTKs(ipAs. Zks and DHZRs) of leaves (1/0,2/0,3/0 and 4/0) were obtained by using 6 kinds of ELISAs. These data are summarized as follows:(1)PP333 elicited a higher level of CTKs and a lower levels of IAA and GAs continously.The free ABA level in each leaf was increased by PP333 significantly only during elongation stage,and then decreased gradually and obviously. (2)PP333 caused a lower ratio of GA/ABA or(GA+IAA)/ABA for each elongating leaf.As a result,the length of each leaf was shortened.On the other hand,due to PP333 treatment,CTKs/ABA ratio in each developed.leaf was raied and leaf senescence retarded obviously.
