摘要
在论述双曲柄环板式针摆行星传动原理的基础上,提出了受力分析方法,建立了准确的力分析模型.计算结果表明,在传递同样转矩条件下,与传统摆线针轮行星传动比较,本新型传动转臂轴承的受力减小了近一半,可使轴承的寿命大大提高,显示出本新型传动的明显优越性,为我国研制双曲柄环板针摆行星减速器提供了理论依据.
On the basis of the discussion on the principle of double crank ring-plate-type cycloid drive, the method of force analysis is proposed, and the accurate model of force analysis established. The calculation re sult shows that the force on the bearings of the new type drive is reduced near to half when it transferring the same torque, compared with the traditional cycloid drive. The life of bearings is enhanced greatly, and the superiority of this new type drive is showed, which provides the theoretical basis for the design of the high-load capacity double crank ring-plate-type cycloid reducer.
