摘要
通过对前人提出的“反弓”齿廓进行深入研究,分析并指出了其存在的问题,给出了新的、更加符合实际的、合理的“反弓”齿廓状态下最先接触点分布区间确定方法,在此基础上,又提出了一种基于整个传动过程情况下的“反弓”齿廓受力分析方法和修形量的优化方法.与旧方法相比较,新方法具有更高的精确度和准确性.
Aiming at ‘Inverse Arch-shaped' teeth profile, its existing problems are analyzed, a new method is provided for distributive region of the contact position in the state of ‘ Inverse Arch-shaped' teeth profile, which is more reasonable and suitable for actual condition. At the same time,the load analysis method of ‘ Inverse Arch-shaped' teeth profile based on the whole transmitting process and the optimization method of the modification size are proposed. Compared with the former method, this new method is more accurate and veracious.
