摘要
采用反相流动注射分析方法 ,研究了异硫氰酸荧光素 ( FITC) -人血清白蛋白( HSA)标记物的化学发光性能和反应的最佳条件 ,建立了化学发光测定人血清白蛋白的新方法。体系的化学发光强度与人血清白蛋白的含量在 0 .0 8~ 1 6μg/m L内呈线性关系 ,方法的检出限为 0 .0 4μg/m L。
The CL characteristics of fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) labelled human serum albumin(HSA) in FITC HAS CTAB ClO - CL reaction system was studied by using flow injection method. The influencing factors of CL intensity and the enhancement of the surfactants were investigated. A new method based on the CL reaction for the determination of trace human serum albumin has been established by optimizing the experimental conditions. The linear range for the determination of human serum albumin was 0.08~16 μg/mL. The detection limit was 0.04 μg/mL(S/N=2). The chemiluminescence capability of FITC HSA was discussed.
