摘要
经硫酸铵及DEAE纤维素柱层析提纯的大白鼠血清IgG免疫家兔制备兔抗鼠IgG高免血清，双向琼指扩散效价为1：64，免疫电泳出现一条特异性沉淀线。其纯度和含量均符合实验要求。
Rabbits were immunized with rat serum IgG purified by ammonium sulphate and DEAE fibrin column for preparation of hyperinunune serum of rabbit-anti-rat IgG. The titre in double agar-difusion was 1: 64 and there appeared a specific line in immuno-electropherosis. The purity and content of the hyperimmune serum was up to the labotatory standard.
